Um dos assuntos mais obscuros da história política brasileira continua sendo o período da Ditadura Militar (1964-1985). Foram 21 anos de regime autoritário, conhecido por práticas repressivas violentas como prisões ilegais, invasão de domicílio, assassinatos e torturas. Ainda hoje, pouco se pode afirmar sobre o que aconteceu nos porões de presídios militares e centros clandestinos de tortura, já que a maior parte dos documentos foram destruídos ou permanecem inacessíveis à sociedade.
Se eu Demorar uns Meses é um webdocumentário baseado nos relatos de presos políticos opositores ao regime desse período. Gravado no Memorial da Resistência, edifício histórico que foi sede de uma das polícias políticas mais truculentas do país, o filme traz a memória do período, colocando o documentário e a linguagem web como ferramentas a serviço da reflexão e da verdade, abordando questões políticas, sociais, culturais e, sobretudo, históricas.

Se eu demorar uns meses é um K-Filme, ou seja, um filme desenvolvido em Korsakow. Tendo como fundamentos a interatividade e a não linearidade, K-filmes são uma superação da limitação técnica de filmes anteriores a era do computador.

If I am a Few Months Late is a web documentary based on reports of political prisoners - opponents of the Brazilian military regime. Recorded at the Memorial of Resistance, a historic building that was home to one of the most belligerent political police of the country, the film shines its light on the memory of the period, using as tools, documentary and the language of the web, to reflect upon political, social, cultural and mainly historical questions.
